Corrections

If a factual field does not match the source alert, send the record URL and the field that needs review. We can correct archive presentation, but we cannot restore an expired employer vacancy or change an Amazon application.

Response expectations

Messages are reviewed in the order received. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, Social Insurance Numbers, banking information or other sensitive identity documents by email.

Official applications

Application and hiring questions must be handled through the official Amazon hiring site. ShiftGrabbed cannot check an applicant’s status or speak for the employer.
